Description

Kekkilä Compost Desiccant, made from pure natural ingredients, turns organic household and other waste into odourless and fluffy compost of uniform texture.

Due to its high-quality ingredients, Compost Desiccant is highly absorbent but at the same time fluffy enough to be used for liquid organic waste and to keep the compost fresh.

Compost Desiccant contains peat, cutter chips and pine bark.

Instructions

Add a layer of Compost Desiccant into the compost bin every time you add waste, taking care that no waste is left uncovered. A suitable amount of Compost Desiccant is 3/5 of the amount of waste, but use more if the waste contains a lot of liquids. Give the compost a stir every now and then. Finished compost, ideal for soil improvement, is dark in colour and has an earthy smell.
