Description
Kekkilä Pot Gravel is a valuable aid to plant care. A layer of Pot Gravel at the bottom of a pot greatly improves drainage, which is a must for at least some pots with water tray. Pot Gravel can also be used in balcony flower boxes. When used in large amounts in large outdoor pots, it reduces the weight of the pot and makes it easier to move.
Pot Gravel also looks good as mulch over flower soil and is a great hydroponic medium. Use Kekkilä Flower Nutrients when watering.
Kekkilä Pot Gravel is made of fired clay, does not contain any nutrients and is insoluble.
Instructions
Spread a 2–5 cm layer of Kekkilä Pot Gravel in the bottom of the pot. Cover with soil and pot the plant.
