Description

Kekkilä Balcony Garden is the easiest and cleanest way of creating a vegetable bed on a city balcony or a herb garden at the summer cottage. Balcony Garden is a ready-to-use sack with cut-out planting holes on the back.

Kekkilä Balcony Garden can also be used in greenhouses. Wet the sack properly before planting seedlings or seeds.

Balcony Garden is airy, light peat whose water retaining ability has been improved with mineral soils. Also the sack around the soil helps retain water.

In addition to basic mineral fertiliser, a 4-month slow-release fertiliser has been added to Balcony Garden, so that even a beginner can succeed in growing a small vegetable crop.

Instructions

Cut out the holes pre-marked on the sack. Lightly wet the sack. Plant the plants directly into the sack through the planting holes. Fertilise vegetables, flowers and herbs with Kekkilä Watering Fertiliser. Avoid over-watering, as the peat is very good at holding water. Cut a diagonal slit at the side of the sack about 1cm from the bottom so any excess water can drain.

Use immediately if possible, or store cold away from light. Nutrient loss occurs due to the influence of time, temperature and humidity.
