Home & Park

Kekkilä is the leading manufacturer of growing mediums, mulches and fertilisers for home gardens in Finland and Sweden. From the Swedish factories products are exported to Denmark and Norway. The goal is to be the market leader in the Nordic countries with the Kekkilä and Hasselfors brands. The Home market makes up a 48% share of Kekkilä's turnover.

Kekkilä is Finland's biggest manufacturer of growing mediums for landscapers. It's strengths are an effective production and effective logistics. Kekkilä produces unpacked growing mediums, turf and mulches. The Landscaping business makes up 13% of Kekkilä's turnover.

Professional Growing

Kekkilä is one of the five leading manufacturers of professional growing mediums. The products primary areas of use are vegetable growing, growing of pot plants, small plant production and forest plant nurseries. The primary customers of the business area are greenhouse growers. Products for professional growing are exported to more than 40 countries worldwide. Europe is the main market. In regard to professional growing Kekkilä's goal is to be the leading manufacturer with well known brands and products that give an added value to its customers in Kekkilä's areas of expertise. The Professional market makes up 39% of Kekkilä's turnover.
